Tailoring Training
We train women in tailoring, equipping them with a practical skill that can be turned into steady income. From basic stitching to garment-making techniques, the training is designed to be hands-on and accessible. Beyond the craft itself, it builds confidence and independence. Many women who complete this training go on to start small tailoring units, contributing meaningfully to their household income and local economy.
Spice Making Training
Our spice making training introduces women to the process of preparing and packaging traditional spice blends using locally available ingredients. This skill combines everyday knowledge with income potential, allowing women to turn a household practice into a small business. The training also covers hygiene, quality, and basic packaging, helping participants create products that are ready for local markets and community sale.
Pickle Making Training
Pickle making training draws on Assam’s rich culinary traditions, teaching women preservation techniques, flavour balancing, and safe packaging methods. This training transforms a familiar home skill into a viable livelihood option. Participants learn to prepare pickles that can be sold locally or at small markets, opening a simple yet effective pathway towards financial independence and recognition within their own communities.
